If you are looking for a program that will take you to new fitness heights, then our Super Fit Challenge program is what you need. Probably the most complete, intense program in town and sure to rival PX90 ®, CROSSFIT ®, and any boot camp around. The course breaks down the entire body in phases four days a week for six weeks. Utilizing aerobic and anaerobic conditioning as well as core and explosive strength training, the program builds momentum as the weeks go by; increasing your body’s overall stamina and improving your physical appearance. We will bring out your competitive spirit and make you more tenacious while still enjoying a comradely with other students who are just as determined as you.
The Super Fit Boxing, Kickboxing classes and kids boxing classes are without a doubt the best cardio classes going. Using the basic techniques of each of the sports we put together a work-out that is sure to make you feel like you just went 12 rounds in the ring with everything except the contact. You’ll get the coordination and the conditioning, without the black eyes and bloody noses.
